Chisel Shine - Policies

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1-6 business days. This timeframe allows us to ensure the quality and accuracy of your custom press-on nails. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Custom Orders:

For custom press-on nail orders, please provide detailed design requests and accurate nail measurements. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. We will do our best to match your design requests, but slight variations may occur due to creative interpretation.

Shipping:

We ship via Royal Mail. Shipping times vary based on location. Chisel Shine is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders are final and cannot be canceled as production may have begun.

Application & Care:

Chisel Shine is not responsible for any damage caused by improper application or removal of press-on nails. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and harsh chemicals to extend the life of your press-on nails.

Modifications to Policy:

Chisel Shine reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
